Amy’s Product Recommendations

Here’s more information about the products I sent you samples of!

(You can use these links to buy all the products and learn even more about them. Please note that the Beautycounter products are my consultant links, but I am not affiliated with the All Good Brand sunscreen, so that’s just a regular link to buy from their site.)

CLEANSER & SCRUB

  • Beautycounter Cococream Cleanser (You should be able to get 2-3 uses out of this sample packet. This is what I like to use in the mornings, I think it’s even more hydrating than plain water!)

  • Beautycounter Bamboo Buff Exfoliating Polish (this is NEW and will be available for purchase on 2/7, so I can’t give you the link yet. But I’ll text it to you when it launches! You’ll mix a bit of this powder with the Cococream cleanser, or whatever cleanser you want to use! A little bit goes a long way, you can probably get 7 uses at least out of what I gave you, and I’d use it every 3rd day at most!)

CHEMICAL EXFOLIANTS (Please note that both these products will sting a bit because they are basically very mild chemical peels. The sting will wear off after 15 min or so.)

  • Beautycounter Triple Acid Toner (This is the gentler of the two and also my preferred chemical exfoliant. I put this in a small dropper bottle and you will use 5-6 drops of this toner after cleansing at night, but before a serum. I just pat it on my face instead of swiping it with a cotton round. This can be used every other night to start, and you can eventually build up to daily use.)

  • Beautycounter Overnight Resurfacing Peel (This is the more intense of the two, and should only be used every other night even once your skin has adapted. I’d start with every third night. You should be able to get 3-4 uses out of this sample packet, and you use this at night before moisturizer.)

SUNSCREENS

  • All Good Sunscreen (This is the first mineral sunscreen I ever liked! It is less moisturizing than the next one, so you will most likely need a moisturizer underneath during winter.)

  • Beautycounter Dew Skin Tinted Moisturizer (This is a very long wearing tinted spf moisturizer and could even take the place of your daytime lotion depending on how dry your skin is. I included extras of the shades I think you might be, one dot is one full use. You might not need foundation if you use this!)

OTHER

  • Beautycounter Think Big Mascara (This mascara is fantastic, and as I told you via text, it actually helps your lashes grow longer and thicker! The trick to this mascara is light coats, I find it helpful to let it dry out just a tad first. The brush makes it easy to not get clumpy lashes!)

  • Beautycounter All Bright C Serum (I went ahead and threw a sample of this in just in case the one you just ordered doesn’t work out! This is a water based serum, so a very different consistency than the one you ordered. I personally don’t like this product, again because of the hyaluronic acid, but it doesn’t hurt for you to try it!)
